•Facilitated synagogue membership expansion from 250 to 525 and subsequent move to a new site.

•Identified demographic change from elderly population to young families and worked in concert with entire Executive Board advising them in how to involve new families into leadership in the synagogue.

•Promoted teamwork with diverse synagogue staff.

•Solicited major gifts as part of a Capital Building Campaign.

•Created, with Hazzan, new Friday Kabbalat Shabbat Service to maximize participation by congregation.

•Co-authored with Hazzan, Liturgy Commentary for Shabbat and for High Holy Days for use by those in congregation not familiar with prayer services.

•Created and taught a Parent/Child Bar-Bat Mitzvah program helping families understand the meaning of Bar-Bat Mitzvah; helped families adjust to having  a new teen/young adult in the family.

•Initiated first Darshan program empowering members to comment on weekly Parasha at Shabbat morning services.

•Organized lunchtime study group in downtown Hollywood for professionals, opening the group to lifelong learning opportunities and a stronger connection to the synagogue.

•Created and coordinated with local physicians a monthly Ethics Forum for doctors at local hospital.

•Worked in concert with entire Executive Board  to train leaders for the synagogue using resources from the regional United Synagogue office and local leadership professionals.

•Created for the synagogue a program of advanced dues categories and solicited first gifts, a program that encouraged, each year, congregants to increase their giving to the synagogue.
